Vote NO on Mascott to Protect Survivors of Sexual Harassment and Assault

We need judges who will protect the rule of law and hold Trump accountable. Jennifer Mascott is not that judge. Her confirmation will be dangerous for women, girls, and our democracy. She has: supported anti-abortion groups’ efforts to end access to medication abortion and protections for pregnant people seeking care. defended anti-abortion centers that try to pass as licensed health centers, using deceptive tactics to deny women health care. defended a Title IX rule that undermined legal protections for student survivors of sexual harassment and assault. Supported Justice Brett Kavanaugh after his accusations of sexual assault. It’s clear that Mascott undermines the rights of women and girls. If survivors were to appear before Mascott’s courtroom, would they get a fair and impartial hearing? Her history indicates no, they would not. If the Senate confirms Mascott to the Third Circuit, she will be another Trump loyalist, using her lifetime appointment to undermine the safety, health, and well-being of women and girls. I am asking the Senator to oppose confirming Jennifer Mascott to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is loyal to Trump and has defended anti-abortion groups and undermined protections for survivors of sexual harassment and assault. Please vote NO on her confirmation.
