Today I take pen in hand to write and urge your support and vote YES on PN 1156, and the confirmation of Nicole G. Berner for the Fourth Circuit Court. Ms. Berner has a long history and successful career in legal circles, defending the civil and human rights of all people. She is eminently qualified to be a confirmed as a circuit court judge. The importance of a judiciary that represents underrepresented communities — in this case the LGBTQ community — cannot be understated. Please vote YES on this important confirmation.
