Fight back against this administration before it’s too late

It’s getting harder to not take it personally that many of my friends and family are losing their jobs because an unelected oligarch is meddling in the government. It’s getting harder not to take it personally that my patients and their families may lose their health insurance because of the current administration. It’s getting harder not to take it personally that my daughters have less rights than I did. It’s getting harder not to take it personally that to be able to vote, I’ll most likely need extra documentation because I changed my name as so many married women have. It’s getting harder not to take it personally that our neighbors are being snatched up by ICE and held against their constitutional rights (and basic human rights) with no representation, in undisclosed camps, some out of country with no oversight into the conditions. It’s getting harder not to take it personally that many of my friends that are not blond hair blued eyed straight white people, do not feel safe. When is it going to be personal enough to enough of us for us to stop this? If you voted for this administration, it’s time to speak up and say this is not what you voted for. If you didn’t vote, please never stay silent again and make sure every voice is heard. Because … it is personal. If you are still choosing to support this administration and blantant human rights violations, I don’t know how to reach you and it makes me very sad. Please step back and look around and consider you might be backing the bad guys. The world is watching. And we are taking it personally.
