Impose an arms embargo on Israel for using drones to murder children

Israel's continued violations of the ceasefire agreement, including the deplorable drone strikes that killed two young children in Gaza, are utterly unacceptable and must be condemned in the strongest terms. The deaths of these innocent children, one just 2 years old and the other 3 years old, are tragic consequences of Israel's genocide and disregard for civilian lives. It is deeply concerning that Israel has killed an average of three Palestinians every 24 hours since the ceasefire began on January 19th, amounting to 150 civilian deaths to date according to the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor. Israel's resort to murder through snipers and drones against civilians simply trying to return to their damaged homes demonstrates a callous violation of human rights and the rules of warfare. The international community cannot stand by as Israel persistently breaches the ceasefire, kills civilians, and employs tactics that amount to collective punishment of the Palestinian people in Gaza. Urgent action is needed to hold Israel accountable, ensure the protection of Palestinian civilians, especially children, and work towards a just and lasting peace.
