Hegseth and Waltz must resign

I am stunned and horrified that top Cabinet officials—including the Vice President, Secretary of Defense, and National Security Adviser—were caught using a commercial messaging app to discuss secret plans for air strikes against Yemen this week. This is bad enough but they accidentally included a journalist in the Signal group chat (as a Signal user, I can attest that this is NOT an easy error to make). This alarming breach of national security not only demonstrates gross incompetence, but also underscores a growing disregard for the chain of command, Congressional oversight, and the rule of law. This colossal carelessness has created a huge risk to our national security and all those who serve in our military. It’s terrifying, infuriating, and unacceptable. As my representative, I want you to call for the immediate resignations of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and National Security Advisor Michael Waltz. They must be held accountable.
