An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Stop ICE From Tapping Our Phones

3 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

ICE is using Graphite spyware, a tool so invasive it can remotely hack and tap into virtually any smartphone, extracting private data without the user ever knowing. This is not a partisan issue; it is an American issue. The power to silently monitor every aspect of a person's digital life is a power no government agency should hold. It undermines the Fourth Amendment and sets a dangerous precedent for unchecked surveillance. I demand that you take immediate action: investigate ICE's use of Graphite, ban its domestic use, and protect the digital privacy of everyone in the United States.
