Trump wants to be king - make him the ex-president

As a constituent in Texas and a proud citizen of the United States, I demand immediate action and introduction of articles of impeachment against the president. Today, 2/19/25, the official Facebook account of the White House posted a picture of Trump in a crown with the caption ‘long live the king’. There is nothing more antithetical to America than this. Our country would not exist had we not been determined to throw off a monarchy for good. The president threatens not only our allies, every minority in this country, and our standing on the world stage, but he is rapidly moving to steal all power from congress. You are allowing him to render you powerless. You are facilitating your own destruction. Stand up and shake off the paralysis that has frozen this congress. If you won’t act in the best interests of the American people, at least act in your own. Impeach and remove this would-be king. Uphold the great American experiment before it is crushed entirely.
