Defend birthright citizenship, a core constitutional principle

Birthright citizenship is a core constitutional principle enshrined in the 14th Amendment. It prevents the creation of a permanent underclass and upholds the ideals of equal protection and due process. Efforts to undermine or abolish this right are misguided and unconstitutional.
