The rural cities of Missouri are beautiful, full of charm and hospitality. They are places of good people. If you allow the Medicaid cuts to pass, rural hospitals will no longer exist. Farming accidents will become farming deaths. Premature births will become premature deaths. Communities whose only access to healthcare will lose their already dwindling populations and will cease t o exist in their entirety. These are the communities and resources that supported you, voted for you, trusted you. For the lives of your constituents, do not pass the big beautiful bill.
