Vote No on Cloture: Strip Section 1217 from the NDAA

I want the Senator to vote no on cloture for the National Defense Authorization Act unless it includes an amendment to strip out Section 1217, which would establish a new “U.S.-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative,” essentially integrating our two militaries in a way that would be almost impossible to undo. We shouldn’t be tying our military to any country’s, let alone Israel’s. This is a terrible, dangerous, irresponsible idea and I want the Senator to do everything in his/her power to stop it, even if it means blocking the whole bill. Thank you.
