Republicans Voted to Allow the Deportation of Americans Without Due Process
51 so far! Help us get to 100 signers!
On April 30, 2025, Rep. Seth Magaziner introduced an amendment that should have passed without question:
Ban the use of federal funds to deport U.S. citizens.
A line no American—no patriot—should ever cross.
And yet, every single one of you voted no.
You voted against due process.
You voted against the Constitution.
You voted to give the government the power to exile its own people.
Let history remember your names:

You chose Trump over truth.
Party over patriotism.
Power over people.
You betrayed your oath. You betrayed your country.
And now, we will do what the Constitution still empowers us to do: vote you out.
And when your own day of judgment comes—when you’re arrested in the middle of the night for betraying the Constitution—
without warning, without a hearing, without the due process you were so willing to strip from others,
aren’t you just a little afraid you might wake up in a CECOT cell next?
No name. No lawyer. Just a number in the very system you helped build.
