Child Rapists Should be Punished No Matter Their Age- Stuart Adams is a Disgrace

Stuart Adams has disgraced his position by changing a law to benefit his child-rapist relative- children should not ever be raped, regardless of how old the perpetrator is. He should at least be censured, if not worse. Please do not let this stand without protest and an investigation into his motives.
