Do Your Job or Get Out of the Way

I’m writing again because you are not doing your job. Donald Trump is actively behaving like a dictator. He’s threatening our democratic institutions, inciting violence, and laying the groundwork for authoritarianism—and you’re just sitting there. Are you even paying attention? Have you read the Constitution you're sworn to uphold? Do you remember what it means to serve the public? You gaslight your constituents, pretending to act in our best interest while enabling someone who openly disrespects democracy. You lie to our faces and expect us to be grateful for crumbs. We see through it. Let me be crystal clear: If you support Donald Trump and his actions, admit it. If you oppose him, then say it loudly and fight like hell. And if you're too afraid or too apathetic to act, step down. We don’t need cowards in office while our rights are being stripped away. Do you honestly believe people will re-elect you after this? Do you think we’re going to sit quietly while you enable tyranny? We won’t. We’re angry, we’re watching, and we will remember. Do better—or move.
