We need to completely lock down California. The numbers are getting worse and the vaccine is too slow. You need to stop pretending that the economy isn't the people. People are number one. Businesses can be rebuilt people cannot be replaced. If you are so worried about small business then start going extra hard on corporations. Large corporations are what kill small businesses. Start increasing anti-trust enforcement and give small businesses a chance. We need to save peoples lives. Not profits.
