Save rooftop solar in CA!

I am writing to oppose AB 1139. This bill is an attempt by the utilities to kill rooftop solar and grab more profits for themselves. AB 1139 will kill rooftop solar. It will end the state's current policy of ensuring the sustainable growth of rooftop solar and establish, as the default policy of the State of California: A monthly fee estimated at $70/month for an average home solar system. An 80% reduction in the credit given to solar users for surplus energy sent back to the grid. I am appalled that this legislation even exists and I expect my representative to vote against it.
