Save & Protect AmeriCorps

I’m writing to express my concern and disappointment with the closure of AmeriCorps. This program that has minimal costs but numerous benefits, is essential for helping various communities, organizations and individuals. Not only does it help those “receiving” some kind of service from the Corps members, but it also helps the Corps members, and not just the scholarship they receive at the end, but also work experience, personal development and pride of self and country. I urge you to do all you can-through and including impeaching the current administration-in order to save AmeriCorps and all other endangered programs, departments and federal workers.
