I applaud the House's upcoming bill to encourage the Vice President to enact removal via the 25th amendment and the decision to bring an article of impeachment against the President for inciting an insurrection against the Congress. He should both be removed to prevent further immediate harm AND stripped of the ability to hold office in the future.
I encourage you also to investigate all elected representatives who fomented or abetted this near-miss massacre and to censure the anti-democratic members of your body who objected to the certification of duly cast votes in the 2020 election. At a minimum, those who were so willing to disenfranchise millions of Americans should hold no committee position or have any power to continue to harm Americans with their malicious, self-serving intents.
