An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Reject anti-union executive order, uphold workers' rights

30 so far! Help us get to 50 signers!

<message> The president's union busting executive order broadly excludes many federal agencies and subdivisions from collective bargaining rights under the Federal Labor-Management Relations Program. This undermines workers' fundamental rights to organize, bargain collectively, and resolve workplace disputes. Rather than unilaterally stripping these protections, the administration should engage in good-faith negotiation with employee representatives. Unions play a vital role in protecting workers, maintaining fair labor standards, and giving employees a voice. I urge you to reject this order and actively support the democratic principles of freedom of association and the right to unionize across the federal workforce. </message>
