Enact Common Sense Gun Reforms

Checking GunViolenceArchive tonight, I see that we didn't squeak by without a mass shooting yesterday. None had been reported when I checked. There were actually three of them. And two so far today. Another nine people killed, twelve injured. Total up to 192 mass shootings so far this year. We have to begin to fix this problem. Close the Charleston Loophole. Implement universal background checks. Ban assault weapons and large magazines. And then keep going until we don't have mass shootings every day. We are the only advanced democracy with this kind of violence. It's unacceptable. And fixable. So fix it.
