We eagerly await the March jobs report in which we may see what the true damage the Tariffs and DOGE have done. What happened to the great economy the Trump administration took credit for repeatedly? President Trump himself has not ruled out a recession since announcing the tariffs, admitting, “There will be a little disturbance, but we are OK with that.” Easily said by a millionaire. Meanwhile, he has prioritized promoting Tesla, whose vehicles remain out of reach for most Americans. The Model S starts at $81,630, quite a shift from Trump’s previous attacks on electric cars and the damage they do before Elon Musk began supporting him. These developments raise serious questions about our economic direction and congressional oversight.
