An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Demand thorough corruption probe into JBS listing approval

9 so far! Help us get to 10 signers!

The allegations of corruption and undue influence surrounding the JBS listing approval are deeply concerning. It appears that after a large donation to the Trump inauguration, long-standing legal issues evaporated, and regulations were sidestepped. This raises troubling questions about the integrity of the process and the principles of fair governance and equal treatment under the law. Regardless of which administration or political party is involved, the prospect of wealthy interests circumventing rules through payments or connections erodes public trust and sets a dangerous precedent. We should demand transparency, accountability, and adherence to ethical standards from our leaders and institutions. The American people deserve assurances that decisions are being made impartially and in the best interests of the nation, not unduly influenced by monied special interests. I urge you to support a thorough and impartial investigation into these matters to uphold the rule of law and restore faith in the decision-making processes of our government. Turning a blind eye to potential impropriety, regardless of the parties involved, ultimately harms the foundations of our democracy.
