Her past statements defending authoritarian regimes like Russia and failure to disavow her promotion of Kremlin disinformation campaigns are deeply troubling. Gabbard's evasiveness on whether she would follow illegal orders from the president to withhold funds from the Inspector General is unacceptable for someone seeking such a critical national security role. Her apparent flip-flop on the essential FISA 702 surveillance program without a clear explanation also calls her judgment into question. For these reasons, I urge you to vote against Gabbard's nomination to protect American interests and uphold our democratic values.
