An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Congress Must Enforce Constitutional Rights or Be Voted Out

33 so far! Help us get to 50 signers!

We the people demand Congress enforce the following: no troops in cities without state approval, no raids without a judicial warrant, and due process for all, including non-citizens. The Constitution is clear on these points, as described in Article VI and Amendments 4, 5, and 14. Senator Mike Lee may embrace the deeply racist ideology of replacement theory, but that still does not give us the ability to violate rights the Constitution has made legally binding and unambiguous. Protect our nation's Constitution and the rights of EVERY human on American soil, or be replaced in the next election cycle.
