The State Department Needs News Access

It's ridiculous to write this, but the latest direction by Marco Rubio to cancel all media subscriptions for the state department, like being aware of ongoing issues around this isn't critical to their job, is ridiculous. Stop making it harder for civil servants to do their work supporting America. Stop pushing the anti-legacy media campaign. Stop allowing Trump to peddle disinformation while claiming clear, sourced, truthful journalism is lying. Stand up for the freedom of the press and support American and civil servant access to the press.
