Oppose H.R. 7521 Tiktok Ban

The Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act is a blatant disregard for First Amendment rights and a direct assault on small businesses. National security cannot be used as a smokescreen to trample on constitutional freedoms and stifle economic growth. The provision empowering the president to ban TikTok unless it cuts ties with ByteDance is particularly egregious. It is demanded that this bill be reevaluated.
