Police violence in Windsor VA

This is a disgrace. Two Virginia Police Officers threatened, pepper sprayed, drew guns upon, and beat a Black Army Lieutenant who had the temerity to legally display his temporary tags in the rear window of his car. This is unacceptable. He was clearly targeted for his race, assaulted for sport, and the officers used their discretion to attempt to cover it up.
