Do not confirm Kash Patel

You have an opportunity today to prevent the travesty of a Kash Patel confirmation to lead the FBI. The FBI is under the prevue of the DOJ, but Mr Patel cannot be an independent voice for justice. He has improperly vowed to go after Trump's enemies (those who prosecuted him for his crimes or spoke against his behavior). To confirm him would be to make the FBI part of the Executive Branch. No one would be safe from its reach, not even you! While your vote against him would infuriate Trump now, a vote against him would protect your ability to represent our interests in the future. Going along to get along is a dangerous choice now and will become more dangerous if you allow Trump to corrupt our Government with his henchmen. At that point you will have no power to represent us at all. Please pray on this, and listen closely to the answer. Will you allow the dismantling of our rights or defend our Government for the benefit of your constituents? We will be watching and praying too!
