Fund TSA & Limit ICE's Power- Republicans Must Compromise

ICE agents are deploying to airports to assist with security while TSA agents are sleeping in their cars amid the DHS shutdown. Instead of using untrained thugs at security checkpoints, why doesn't Congress just pass the budget to fund TSA? Why are Democrats the only group ever expected to compromise? As Republican members of Congress, you could end this nightmare immediately if you'd vote for the budget alterations proposed by your Democratic colleagues. Trump wants to use the chaos at airports as a bargaining tool to force Democrats to fully fund ICE with no restrictions, but no one wants this and you're sacrificing your citizens and constituents in this petty power struggle. Congress needs to fund the TSA immediately and limit ICE's power if that's what's required to make it happen.
