We need heroes

I don’t need to tell you what needs to be resisted here. The Trump administration’s endless litany of violations and abuses of the Constitution is well understood by everyone who isn’t living in the bubble of false reality he generates among his followers. I am here to tell you: be BOLD. Be creative. Be willing to take risks. Not only is it your duty and sworn oath. Not only are those kinds of moves going to be more effective, but those moments of bravery and compelling action will be what we remember from this time. We need heroes. Not bureaucrats. And we will honor those heroes with credit for saving our democracy and our lives.
