DOJ Defiance Must End: Release the Epstein Files Now
13 so far! Help us get to 25 signers!
The Department of Justice is now over 60 days past its legally required deadline to release the Epstein Files. That is not a delay. That is defiance. And the longer Congress allows this to continue, the clearer it becomes that the DOJ believes it is untouchable—above the law, above oversight, and above the American people.
By ignoring your laws, the DOJ is openly mocking Congress’s constitutional authority. This is not a bureaucratic hiccup. This is a full-blown institutional failure and a direct assault on accountability. If any ordinary American ignored a lawful deadline by two months, there would be consequences. Apparently, the DOJ believes it answers to no one.
Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes were not isolated. They involved wealth, power, influence, and protection at the highest levels. Every day these files remain hidden fuels the unmistakable conclusion that powerful individuals are being shielded—while justice is deliberately obstructed.
Congress has the power of oversight. Use it.
Subpoena the files. Compel compliance. Enforce contempt if necessary. Defund departments that refuse to follow the law. Stop tolerating open insubordination from an agency that exists to enforce the law, not evade it.
The American people are watching. We are tired of delays, excuses, and silence. We are tired of one set of rules for the powerful and another for everyone else. And we are tired of a DOJ that believes it can simply wait Congress out.
Make this stop.
Force the release of the Epstein Files—now.
No more delays. No more cover-ups. No more immunity for the powerful.
Justice delayed is justice denied—and Congress will be judged by what it does next.
