Demand Transparency on Missing Epstein Files Related to Trump Allegations

I am writing to urge you to demand full transparency from Attorney General Pam Bondi regarding missing documents from the Justice Department's Epstein files release. NPR's investigation has revealed that dozens of pages of FBI interviews and interview notes related to sexual abuse allegations against President Trump were excluded from the three million pages released in recent months, raising serious questions about a potential cover-up. According to NPR's reporting, internal FBI and Justice Department documents detail allegations from a woman who stated that around 1983, when she was approximately 13 years old, Jeffrey Epstein introduced her to Trump. The documents indicate Trump subsequently forced her head down to his exposed penis, which she bit, and in response Trump punched her in the head and kicked her out. Records show the FBI interviewed this woman four times, yet only one of those interviews appears in the public database. Ranking member Rep. Robert Garcia has stated that we are witnessing a White House cover-up of serious allegations against the president by a survivor. The Justice Department has provided inconsistent explanations, with spokeswoman Natalie Baldassarre claiming unpublished documents are privileged, duplicates, or relate to ongoing investigations. This explanation is insufficient given the scope of missing materials. This is now a bipartisan concern, with House Oversight Committee Chair Rep. James Comer announcing that Republicans are investigating NPR's accusations about a possible Justice Department cover-up. When both parties recognize the gravity of missing documents related to sexual abuse allegations against a sitting president, immediate action is required. I urge you to support efforts demanding Attorney General Bondi explain why these documents are being withheld and whether an active investigation into these allegations exists. Survivors of Epstein's crimes deserve transparency and accountability, not selective document releases that protect the powerful. The American people have a right to know the full truth about what the FBI documented regarding these serious allegations.
