THANK YOU for your NO vote on the death warrant bill. The bill will kill. I was very pleased to see that you voted no. Please, DO MORE to oppose this sort of legislation. Use all the tools at your disposal so that you can actually block things. Instead of voting no when it makes no difference. On this occasion your decision let the bill advance, for the reason , as you claimed, that you should DEFER to the majority leader -- instead of SERVING those you should be honored to SERVE -- was either poor strategy or an indication of your true intention to stand with the GOP because you are scared to put up genuine opposition. Had you voted NO earlier and refused to allow the bill to advance, this outcome might have been different. Once again THANK YOU for voting NO. But: your vote accomplished nothing to block what is perhaps the wickedest legislation in US History. I hope you will dip deeper into the reservoir of courage and start to say NO to your party on occasions when your choice will actually block catastrophic legislation.
