Support the Fair Representation Act (H.R.4632) to uphold American democracy!

I am writing to urge you to support the Fair Representation Act (H.R.4632). The Act will prevent much of what enables the sinister and undemocratic practice of gerrymandering votes in states across the Union. It is unconscionable that, in our system of elections, politicians have more power than voters in many states. It runs contrary to American's principles of fair representation and - more concerningly to me - results in inaccurate representation of voters' sentiments, needs, and objectives in statehouses and Congress. Your vote for the Fair Representation Act will demonstrate your commitment to America's democratic principles. The Act is both reasonable and balanced, focusing on easily applied technical measures that will ensure voters choose their representatives, not the other way around. A vote AGAINST the Act will demonstrate cynical protection of incumbent politicians and the power associated with their positions, and show that your representation in Congress is focused more on protecting you and your party's position rather than the health of American democracy.
