Eight years ago, Sandy Hook Promise founders Mark Barden and Nicole Hockley visited Capitol Hill to pass this bill just days after their children were murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary School. After recent shootings in Atlanta, Boulder and Orange County, now is the time for action.
