Monopoly was a warning, not a goal.

Californians are facing life on the street while corporations and the wealthy horde housing. Companies like Zillow drive up housing costs by manipulating the market and hoarding housing. Landlords buy housing they don't need to exploit poorer people's need for shelter. The state uses it's police to force people into the street then abuse them once they are there. We need to put an end to this. End all for profit landlords. 1 maximum for individuals. 2 for a 6 month grace period if moving. Anyone who has played Monopoly should know the abuses inherent in landlords. That is what it was designed to illustrate. We have built a society where poverty means jail and abuse. End this now. Abolish landlords.
