I’m writing in opposition. To H.R. 1, the budget reconciliation bill, and its harmful cuts to vital government programs. Specifically I’m very upset about The massive increase it will cause to the deficit The unsound and immoral tax breaks for the rich in the backs of the rest of us The funding INCREASE for ICE and the mass deportations/detentions (history does not look kindly on us when we’ve done this in the past) The roll back of climate protections and incentives for clean energy . Please, work for all of us.
