THIS IS TYRANNY. THE IMPROPER GRANTING OF IMMUNITY TO ELON MUSK BY THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION REGARDING MATTERS OF PUBLIC INTEREST AMOUNTS TO DICTATORIAL OVERREACH AND AUTHORITARIAN ABUSES OF POWER. ENABLING THE SUBVERSION OF PUBLIC RECORDS LAWS TO SHIELD THE POWERFUL FROM ACCOUNTABILITY IS A HALLMARK OF FASCIST REGIMES. THIS REPRESENTS AN EGREGIOUS VIOLATION OF DEMOCRATIC NORMS AND PRINCIPLES OF TRANSPARENT, ETHICAL GOVERNANCE THAT PLACES THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE FIRST. SUCH ACTIONS HAVE NO PLACE IN A FREE SOCIETY AND MUST BE UNIVERSALLY CONDEMNED.
