Refuse to fund DHS without constraints on, and accountability for, CBP and ICE. Don’t play around at the edges (unmasking, etc.). Explicitly prohibit “absolute immunity” for the havoc and lawlessness of ICE and CBP in our communities. The House Progressive Caucus has the right idea. Draw a line in the sand and stick to it!
