SAMHSA Grant Cuts

The SAMHSA grants were abruptly terminated yesterday! These abrupt and unjustified cuts will immediately disrupt suicide prevention efforts, family and peer recovery support, overdose preventions and treatment, and mental health awareness and education programming along with so many more essential services putting an unknown number of lives at state according to NAMI. It is imperative that you vote to reverse these grant terminations! Please, put people first! Countless families are already suffering due to insurance coverage cuts, increased costs, and unemployment, don't let them die on your watch!
