Russia must withdraw forces, respect Ukraine's sovereignty

The ongoing conflict in Ukraine has resulted in immense suffering and loss of life. Russia's military invasion and occupation of Ukrainian territory violates international laws and norms. The only viable path forward is for Russia to immediately withdraw all forces from Ukraine and respect its sovereignty and territorial integrity. Continued military aggression serves no strategic interests and will only prolong the bloodshed. It is imperative that serious diplomatic efforts are pursued to facilitate a complete Russian withdrawal and allow for a just resolution that upholds the human rights and self-determination of the Ukrainian people. The consequences of further escalation could be catastrophic.
