Why aren't Senators standing up for free speech?

Why are you not speaking out loudly about the firing of Jimmy Kimmel? Why are you suddenly concerned about incendiary speech, after years of saying absolutely nothing about Trump's constantly offensive speech about immigrants, foreigners, actors, and anyone who doesn't fawn all over him. NOW you are concerned about what people say? Why now? Why are you not standing up for free speech? Free speech doesn't only apply to those who agree with you, except in a dictatorship. Why are you silent, Senator? Why aren't you condemning the network who canceled him? You know this censorship will someday apply to you, don't you? Where is your courage?
