I urge you to take immediate action against the hidden provision in the budget bill that undermines the enforcement of court orders. By prohibiting courts from using federal funds to enforce contempt citations when no security was given, this provision weakens judicial authority and accountability, allowing individuals and entities (especially those with 80+ rulings against them) to ignore injunctions without consequence. This is a dangerous precedent that erodes trust in our legal system and threatens the integrity of our courts. We cannot let Trump wield this additional power.
