Re: recreational marijuana moratoriums. The residents of the state voted to allow recreational marijuana sales. Cities are thwarting that choice via local moratoriums. With all due respect, these moratoriums are stupid. Cities are missing out on sales tax revenue, and running the risk of incurring legal costs if law suits are filed. Is there anything the state can do to return that choice to the citizens?
