Reject Any NDAA Containing Section 224 - Reject Military Partnership With Israel

I demand that Congress reject any version of the FY2027 NDAA that contains Section 224, the United States-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative.
Every Senator and House Representative must act. If you are able to submit, co-sponsor, or support an amendment to remove Section 224, do so immediately. If an amendment to strike Section 224 comes to a vote, vote YES. If Section 224 remains in the final bill, vote NO on the NDAA.
Section 224 must not be amended, softened, renamed, or “improved.” It must be removed completely.
This provision would deepen U.S.-Israel military-industrial integration through joint weapons research, Israeli-origin technology integration into U.S. military systems, joint ventures, licensing agreements, co-production, procurement pathways, joint training, information-sharing, AI, cyber, autonomous systems, data fusion, missile defense, counter-drone systems, and defense manufacturing partnerships.
That is unacceptable.
The United States should not be entering this kind of integrated military partnership with any country. It is especially outrageous to do so with Israel, a state responsible for decades of illegal occupation, apartheid, ethnic cleansing, siege, forced displacement, war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, and catastrophic regional destabilization.
Americans have demanded an end to weapons transfers and military support for Israel. Congress must not respond by hiding that support inside Pentagon bureaucracy, defense contracts, research programs, procurement pipelines, co-production agreements, and military technology partnerships.
Section 224 is not “oversight.” It is not “innovation.” It is not just aid. It is a framework for embedding Israel deeper into U.S. military systems while making the relationship harder to see, harder to challenge, and harder to unwind.
Israel should be sanctioned, isolated, and held accountable — not rewarded with privileged access to U.S. military technology, defense supply chains, manufacturing partnerships, and future-war planning.
No joint weapons development. No co-production. No Israeli military technology embedded in U.S. systems. No data-sharing. No military-industrial merger. No reward for genocide.
Reject Section 224 outright.
Submit an amendment to remove it. Vote YES on any amendment that removes it. Vote NO on any NDAA that includes it.
