An open letter to the U.S. House of Representatives
A Redress of Grievances: Article 2 section 4
4 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!
I’m writing as your constituent because I’m scared for the direction this country is headed, and I’m angry that it feels like nobody in power is doing anything about it.
I’m formally asking you to take action under Article II, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution—meaning: do your job to investigate and, if warranted, pursue impeachment and removal of the current administration for misconduct that rises to the level of “high crimes and misdemeanors.”
I’m writing because what we’re watching unfold is dangerous.
My grievances are simple:
1) The administration is destabilizing and terrorizing citizens through incompetence and reckless management.
People across the country are living in constant stress financially, emotionally, and physically. Leadership is supposed to steady the ship. Instead, it feels like the people running things are lighting matches in a room full of gasoline.
2) Our relationships with long-term allies are falling apart.
Foreign policy isn’t supposed to be ego-driven. It’s supposed to keep us safe. Watching the U.S. lose credibility with allies and slide into hostility and chaos is terrifying. It makes us weaker and puts citizens at risk.
3) It looks like personal networks and business interests are being prioritized over the American people.
Whether it’s favoritism, corruption, or just plain selfishness, it keeps coming back to the same pattern: decisions that benefit insiders and wealthy friends instead of ordinary people who are struggling.
4) The administration’s behavior raises serious concerns about stability and fitness for office.
I’m not trying to diagnose anyone, but I am saying what millions of Americans are seeing: erratic decisions, impulsive behavior, and conduct that does not reflect responsible leadership. That matters when someone is holding power over the entire country.
5) The allegations connected to the Epstein files are horrifying and should be fully investigated.
I know allegations aren’t convictions. But when public reporting and widely circulated court-related information raise questions about ties to Epstein and other potentially heinous acts, it should not be brushed aside. If any of it is credible, it is unacceptable for anyone connected to that world to be running our government.
6) The administration’s alignment with organizations like the Heritage Foundation is a direct threat to rights and dignity.
I’m especially alarmed by the push toward archaic, extremist ideology, especially the kind that treats women like property, targets minorities, and tries to drag the country backwards.
Let me be crystal clear: I will not be property to crusty men.
Not now. Not ever. And I’m not going to sit quietly while people in power try to build a country where women and marginalized people have fewer rights than a corpse.
What I want from you:
•I want you to stop treating this like politics-as-usual.
•Support immediate oversight and investigation
•Demand transparency around corruption and misconduct
•Support impeachment proceedings if evidence supports it
•Speak publicly about your stance so constituents know where you stand
If you believe in the Constitution, then act like it. If you believe nobody is above the law, prove it.
Please respond and let me know what steps you are taking. I’m paying attention, and so are a lot of other people.
