No to Abortion Bans

I write to ask you to oppose and challenge both H.R. 722 and H.R. 682 as they are a great and significant threat to public health and safety. By criminalizing and/or banning access to health care options that should only be discussed and decided upon between a patient and their doctor, this opens up an unregulated world of substandard medical care for procedures that are already dangerous enough under the care and supervision of trained medical professionals with access to the modern standard of medical equipment and technology. Make no mistake, much greater numbers of pregnant people will perish if we plunge this country back into the dark ages of a total abortion ban.
