Release Migrant Children to Their Parents IMMEDIATELY

When children arrive unaccompanied at the border who have a parent already in the U.S., it MUST be our policy to reunite them immediately, as soon as the parental relationship is established. This should take less than 48 hours. In addition to this being the moral course of action, it would slash the number of detained migrant children nearly in half. Children do not belong in detention. They belong with their parents.
