It is time for Congress to reassert its constitutional authority over the Supreme Court and to rein in this illegitimate majority. Hold hearings and propose legislation rebalancing SCOTUS through the Judiciary Act of 2021, limiting its jurisdiction, imposing term limits and an enforceable Code of Ethics, and negating this dreadful attack on our rights and safety. Please tell your constituents that voters have to go to the polls in November to emphatically reject those in Congress who refuse to act. Thank you for your work on our behalf.
