Rein in ICE & End the Military Presence in California

Please rein in ICE and remove the military presence in California. This situation does not require marines or National Guard, and the fact that the president deployed them against the wishes of the governor of the state really violates the "states' rights" arguments coming out of this administration. Is it only states' rights when the federal law gives protections to people he doesn't want protected? When the state law gives protection to people he doesn't want protected, suddenly it's a federal issue? Please do not let this happen to our country. Congress should have equal power to the President, and either Congress has forgotten that, or is fully endorsing everything that's happening. History has its eyes on you.
