Is there a connection between the ACLU of NV lawsuit & the NVDMV cyberattack?

First, the ACLU of Nevada sues the Nevada DMV for withholding records related to communications with ICE, and then there is a reported "ransomware cyberattack" on the Nevada DMV. Please inquire if there is a current investigation into whether or not these two incidents are somehow related. If there is no investigation currently regarding the possible connection of the two incidents mentioned above, please do whatever is in your authority to have such an investigation started as soon as possible. Also, Nevada residents need to be kept informed about the findings as soon as possible. Thank you.
